Small Sips Of Joy!
The spill
November is here, and time is flying by! I spent this week exploring new brands at Whole Foods. There were so many brands that caught my attention and made me excited to try them. It's been a week filled with small sips of joy that I highly recommend you also indulge in after reading this newsletter.
I like to explore fresh and exciting snacks and drinks when I visit Whole Foods. Recently, I came across Richards RainWater, which not only helped me stay hydrated but also impressed me with its fantastic branding.

I enjoyed their canned still water and found it refreshing and replenishing. It's always reassuring to know the source of your water, and being able to share the brand's story is impressive. Their website offers comprehensive explanations about the origin of their products, their manufacturing process, packaging choices, and the significance of consuming drinks sourced from nature.
The upcoming brand is Agua Bonita, owned by women and minorities. Their focus is on flavor over fizz. I opted for the Hibiscus drink, but there were several other intriguing options. It's a fascinating and captivating brand. I relished every sip of the drink, and they offer an extensive range of beverages.

Their website is as stunning as their branding!
Afterwards, I tried Flow - a 100% natural alkaline spring water that comes in a paper-board pack sourced responsibly and lined with aluminum foil. Unlike the previous brand, this water is not rainwater and is not contained in a can.

In addition to regular water, they offer flavored water and vitamin-infused water. There are many flavorful water options available for those who enjoy them, including combinations like peach + blueberry, strawberry + rose, cucumber + mint, and more. In addition, there are also several vitamin-infused waters available, including cherry-infused, citrus-infused, and elderberry-infused options.
Finally, I tried Rowdy Mermaid, a brand that prioritizes tasty, eco-friendly, herb-infused drinks. While carbonated seltzers usually aren't my thing, I quite liked the Strawberry Tonic.

Drinking kombucha has numerous benefits and it's worth trying different brands like Rowdy Mermaid. They offer a variety of good mood sodas including cola, grape, lemon lime, and orange, all with 200 mg of Ashwaganda to relieve stress.
That’s all for now! :)
I appreciate all of you who took the time to read this week's Newsletter. Moving forward, I plan to post it 2-3 times a week to engage more with everyone. Additionally, I recently shared my debut cooking video on TikTok which was an enjoyable experience. You can check it out here! I am already pleased with the outcome and I cannot wait to continue to grow!
