Where To Get The Most Bang For Your Buck

+ An Honest Guide to Saving Money.

Hello!

I know what you’re thinking, Ari… A travel guide…? Hear. Me. Out. Timing is everything in travel. Also, thank you to those who have joined us! I am so close to hitting my goal! Only ten more! Thank you! I hope to continue growing on this platform and reach a much broader audience!

You can get pretty far depending on the right time around the country, not just around the country but around the world. As far as moving goes… depending on the time, where you plan to move/move around, and how far you plan to move/move around, it can also be pretty inexpensive depending on the season.

Although I don’t travel often, I have enjoyed seeing these incredible prices airlines offer. Depending on whether you have a passport or enhanced license, you can get a very cheap trip for less. I will start with two places in the United States that are very affordable and highly walkable and then two places outside where you can travel and get the most bang for your buck.

If there is one thing I love, it is saving money. The older I get, the more I want to continue to build financial stability for myself and my future family when I’m older. Whenever I receive cash, I put it in my money box and save it for a rainy day. I know, I KNOW, why do you keep cash, nobody uses cash now because we have cards and apple pay. When it comes down to it, what is one thing you can rely on if your card doesn’t work? Cash. Having a couple of extra dollars on hand didn’t hurt ANYBODY. If anything, it helped them by being able to help them pay for something they truly wanted.

Putting your money in a High Yield Savings account is one of the best things you can do for your future self; not only does it help you build up your savings, but it helps keep you grounded and work towards getting something you truly want. Whether a house, car or even the High Yield Savings is your retirement fund. From here, I have made a short guide to seeing some of the best things in life. Please let me know what you think!

Grand Teton National Park, Wyoming

The Grand Teton National Park in Wyoming towers above Jackson Hole, Wyoming. A genuine gateway to Yellowstone and the Grand Teton National Parks, one of the most challenging ski areas in the United States. And there are a TON of things you can do in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, for cheap and for free; you can visit the Snow King Mountain for $60 a DAY, you can get a pass for the evening, and go up and down the mountain as many times as you want! This list can go on, BUT to visit Grand Teton National Park, you only need $20 for a standard and annual pass; you only need $80 to see it as many times as you want!

Cannon Beach

Cannon Beach is 8 miles northwest of Portland, Oregan, an hour and a half drive away. It is perfect for a day trip. Round-trip tickets to Cannon Beach are the lowest at $200, a pretty reasonable price. I know prices vary depending on how far you plan to book your trip out, but it’s important to note how cheap you can get tickets these days based on the places you want to go. Planes can be very scary; however, reaching serenity and feeling at peace is worth it. There is nothing wrong with getting away from your hometown for a while. I loved looking at their website because they are very immersed in taking care of their home; not only is their website adorable, but you have access to many resources when browsing it!

Mexico

Mexico, a paradise for budget-conscious travelers, offers diverse, affordable experiences. Its rich culture and captivating cuisine are just the beginning. With a multitude of budget-friendly dining options, breathtaking sights, and delightful drinks, Mexico is a destination that promises an exciting and varied experience. And with the United States just next door, a cross-country road trip becomes an adventure waiting to happen!

Brazil

1 USD = 5.5238 BRL

Brazil is next on my list because it is a beautiful country and a place to be in terms of not breaking the bank. When you compare the United States dollar to the Brazilian Peso, you can get better value than usual. Rio De Janeiro is one of the most prominent places you’ll need to spend your money because of the restaurants and because it is a couple of steps away from some of the best beaches in the country! However, Sao Paulo is starting to become one of the wealthiest places in the world based on its multinational accessibility. In Brazil, you can also enjoy affordable activities such as hiking in the Amazon rainforest, exploring the historic streets of Salvador, or relaxing on the beaches of Florianopolis.

Christ the Redeemer, Brazil

Thank you so much for reading this short guide on where you should visit this summer! I know by the time this letter is published, it will be the beginning of July, and things are already in the works. Although I haven’t had the pleasure of traveling anywhere YET, the time will be very soon, and to say I’m excited is an understatement.

Cheers,

Ariana :^)
